Temporary Outpatient Counselor
Location: 1550 Evans Avenue, San Francisco CA
Job Description: Responsible for clients during aftercare and outpatient phases of treatment. In conjunction with specialized staff, develops treatment plan focused on re-entry and relapse prevention. Monitors sobriety and works with clients on issues they face re-entering workplace and living independently. Goal is client completion of Aftercare Program within three months.
