The Mission of the Walden House Alumni Association of Southern California serves as a continuance to the treatment we received as clients of the Walden House Program.
We are peers touching peers, sharing a network of support, keeping the tradition of a drug-free, crime-free lifestyle. We encourage the rebuilding of healthy family relationships and providing safe and nurturing environment.
We are those who have struggled to overcome the barriers and stigma that has kept us in the revolving doors of prisons.
We are a diversified group of people brought together by a common bond.
We do not discriminate, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, or origin.
We serve as examples that no mountain is too high, and that together we can.
We lead by example, we teach by experience and we support with honesty and truth.
